I am a seasoned mortgage adviser with over 20 years’ experience helping clients navigate even the most challenging cases—from complex income and credit situations to unconventional income streams, helping overseas nationals and portfolio landlords with tricky buy-to-let scenarios. My passion lies in turning what others might see as obstacles into successful outcomes and recognising the importance of building relationships with clients, being available to go through each step is an important element for me when securing a mortgage for clients.

Outside of work, I am an avid sea swimmer, regularly braving the tides for a refreshing dip. When I’m not in the water, I’m walking the dog along scenic coastal paths or sampling local ciders, always on the lookout for a new favourite. Ross brings the same enthusiasm and dedication to his clients—whether conquering tough mortgages or discovering a crisp, new cider blend.

I am trilingual, speaking English, Cantonese and Mandarin and specialize in mortgages for non-UK nationals. In my spare time I like to watch movies and play football. I am a big Manchester United fan.

I joined Zeo Mortgages in 2024 and getting to understand the mortgage industry has been really interesting. Helping both clients and advisers be able to find the right product for each individual circumstance is very rewarding. I am currently undertaking the CeMAP qualification to become an adviser. When I am not in the office and spending time with my family I like being outdoors, walking, running, and playing my violin.

Since working with Zeo, I have specialised in protection whilst also being a Senior Case Manager for mortgages. Helping clients into their first or new home is something that I really love and ensuring that it is correctly protected is very important to me. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, walking with my dog and losing myself in a good book.

I started at Zeo Mortgages in September 2025 to join the team that specialise in mortgages
for non UK nationals. I am originally from Hong Kong with over 10 years in the financial
services industry and speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English. Alongside this role I am
studying for my CeMAP to become a Mortgage Adviser.
In my spare time I love travelling and getting together with friends and family as well as a
game of table tennis or two! Since settling in the North West I have spent a lot of time
volunteering and working with the local community.

After 25 years working in education, first as a maths teacher and then a deputy head teacher and School Improvement Director I have taken the plunge as Operations Director. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, walking my labrador and I’ve started to grow my own vegetables. I also enjoy watching football and have a season ticket at Blackburn Rovers FC.
